Terms of use for the LAIKS loyalty card
Discount system for LAIKS loyalty card holders:
300.00 EUR - 1499.99 EUR - 5% discount,
1500.00 EUR – 3999.99 EUR – 7% discount,
4000.00 EUR – 7999.99 EUR – 10% discount,
8000.00 EUR – 11999.99 EUR – 15% discount,
12000.00 EUR – and above 20% discount.
1. The LAIKS Loyalty Programme or Bonus Programme is a system created by LAIKS, according to which Bonus Programme participants are entitled to receive discounts when making purchases in all LAIKS stores, in accordance with the rules.
2. Participant – a Bonus Programme participant is a legally capable individual or representative of a legal entity registered in the Bonus Programme participant database.
3. Participant account – the participant's phone number specified in the application form is registered in the Bonus Programme database and serves as the participant's identification number in the programme. Bonus points are added to the phone number and a discount is provided.
Rules for using the Bonus Programme
1. You can join the Bonus Programme in all LAIKS stores by making a purchase of €300.00 or more and filling out the form in accordance with the requirements specified in the form.
2. LAIKS has the right to unilaterally terminate the Bonus Programme and/or change the terms of use without prior notice. Changes will be published on the laiksjewellery.lv homepage and posted in LAIKS stores.
3. Amendments to the Bonus Programme rules are binding on all participants from the moment the amendments are published on the laiksjewellery.lv homepage.
4. Participants are not entitled to delegate another person to join the Bonus Programme, receive prizes, discounts or other benefits provided by the Bonus Programme.
5. LAIKS is not responsible for any profits not received during the bonus programme, or for any direct or indirect losses that may arise or have arisen for the participant or third parties.
6. LAIKS reserves the right to unilaterally exclude a participant from the Bonus Programme or refuse to award a prize or provide a discount, or to exclude a participant from the database and close their account if a potential or existing participant has not completed the questionnaire in accordance with its requirements, cannot present a valid identity document, cannot provide the telephone number specified in the questionnaire, or has not complied with other conditions mentioned in these rules.
7. If no new purchases are registered in the participant's account within 42 months from the date of the last purchase, the customer's cumulative discount is reduced to 0%. In this case, the participant can start the accumulation process again by making purchases both in LAIKS stores and in the online store.
7.1. If no new purchases are registered in the participant's account within 67 months from the date of the last purchase, the participant will be removed from the loyalty programme. In the event of a new purchase, and if the customer wishes to start a new accumulation process, they must fill out a questionnaire and make a purchase of at least 300 euros.
8. The bonus programme discount cannot be combined with other discounts/special offers provided by LAIKS.
